Tiny, perfect droplets of rain tumbled gently from the famous Long White Clouds through frosty mountain air

and onto the spectacular Southern Alps.

Wai – Māori for water, is naturally filtered by subterranean rock while gaining essential minerals during its long

underground journey from the Alps all the way to the thundering Pacific Ocean.

The most precious Wai however, never reaches the coast. Instead, Mother Nature silently steals it away protecting

and hiding it deep beneath the ground in artesian aquifers.
